• Number of Sales Transactions for the past 24 months, by month.

• The Balance Sheet, using the accrual method of reporting, for the past 36 months by month.

• The Income Statement (Profit and Loss), using the accrual method of reporting, for the past 36 months by month.

If your business is in a place where these reports do not yet exist, I’d be happy to take a look at your current bookkeeping and office record-keeping systems and suggest what to add next.
